A very beautiful experience kayaking on the Mekong River. Visiting and swimming at the waterfalls was stunning. A walk through a traditional village was also a lovely experience. A compact package that has it all and is ideal for those who only have a few days available.

If you really want to enjoy the kuang waterfall it is the most beautiful thing in Laos. Don't take this tour. We arrived at the waterfall at 4pm and were given 1 hour to tour the whole place, which also has to take a bus to get on and off. For the rest if I recommend it. Although kayaking was demanding it was chevere and you can also see elephants. Top food!

OVERNIGHT STAY! Amazing experience!!! The overnight stay is truly a 5-star experience, the AMAZING SERVICE is as if you are at a resort. They carried my bags into my cabin. They catered every activity for me. I was able to choose which tours I wanted to do and when. They arrange plenty of time with the elephants when none of the day tours are there so that I was alone with the Mahouts: spending time with elephants, bathing, walking, feeding them it was truly INCREDIBLE. This was one of the best experiences of my life, in all of my travels. The grounds are absolutely BEAUTIFUL, full of flowers and trees, very well cared for. The cabin is VERY CLEAN, and very beautifully decorated. It seems like a LUXURY CABIN. The Mahouts were amazing. They have such LOVE AND CARE for the elephants, they have amazing connections with them. I fed the baby elephant and mother for a couple hours, just sitting with the Mahouts watching and petting them. I recommend doing the overnight stay when you first arrive to Luang Prabang because they offer TOURS TO THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS like the caves, Kuang Si waterfall, a village, and a sunset boatride. All of these are included in the price of the overnight stay. The food is all included in the cost. They have a buffet lunch which is AMAZING. The dinner menu has a lot to choose from!! Also all drinks, water, soda, beer are available at any time no charge.

Really lovely time kayaking on the Mekong in the morning, showers & towels provided before a very good buffet with a lot of different options for lunch. Then headed to the waterfall where you have plenty of time to swim, you’re not staying with your group so it feels like your own holiday if you want to.

It was very convenient to cover both, waterfall and caves, in one day. Tour lasted from 8 am to 6 pm, however there was enough time in between to rest. In the waterfall, we were given 2 hours to wonder around on our own. Caves was much shorter. In between waterfall and the caves, we were able to rest on a boat. A great tour and a great guide. Very child friendly (our kids are 10 and 14).

We have taken a private tour for the family of three and we enjoyed every bit of it. Tour was very well planed and timed. Our guide, Vone was really kind, shared a lot of interesting facts with us, about Laos, about his family roots, languages, Buddhism - everything you need to know and more. He is also great with kids - our 5 y.o. girld loved sharing kayak with him - she even had learn to paddle! As a family we honestly recommend this tour - perfect way to spend a day out of Luang Prabang.

We’ve done a few day activities over the years and this was up there amongst the best. Very well organised, great guides and equipment and in my opinion by far the best way to reach Pak Ou caves Lunch, at the kayak base 1-2k downstream from the caves, was comprehensive and very tasty and finally the waterfalls were beautiful and a lovely way to cool off at the end of the afternoon Other trips are available, but choose the kayak option, it’s awesome

This is just a great day. If you choose the elephants over the kayaking it's the same. Great guides, the best lunch I've had on any tour. And lots of remarkable things to see. Can't recommend it enough
