What To Expect
Your tour guide will pick you up at 9:00 a.m., from our meeting point located at LA PRADERA NEIGHBORHOOD (Mariana de Jesús E7-74 St. and La Pradera St.) right outside of HOTEL CASA Q., in order to drive you towards the best viewpoint of Quito!
You will take a ride on a cable car, which is located at the foothills of the Pichincha Volcano, in an area of 160 hectares. The ride takes 15 minutes per way, starting at 3.045 meters (9,990 ft) and end up at 4.100 meters above sea level (12,500 ft). You will enjoy a beautiful view of the eastern valleys, old town, south and north of Quito.

5.00It had a lot of variety and covered various areas of Quito. Old town was fun we went to various sites visited the chocolate factory. We took the tram up to the mountain the hiked up further where we could see at least 4 volcanoes. We went on the swing. Had lunch went to a museum and to latitude 00.00. It was a great day. XImena our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience very special

5.00A great way to see the city without planning and organizing your own transportation. Middle of the World is short, sweet and so worth it. Cable car views are amazing and the weather changes up there every 10 min, finally the tourist the city gives great insight into the history of Quito. What an amazing city.

The whole tour was delivered in the best possible way — a perfect combination of professionalism and kindness. Both our guide and our driver were warm and welcoming. Our guide, Diana, was amazing! She has so much knowledge about the history of Quito, she looks passionate about it and she kept sharing valuable information throughout the tour. 5.00Ivan(Gerald) from the beginning was impressive with his warm personality and extensive knowledge of Quito and the history. He was personable, friendly and was an amazing tour guide. We were lucky to have him all to ourselves and were able to do a chocolate tasting. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Ivan/gerald

5.00Luckily, we only had the two of us for the tour, a private tour. Knowing the "zero" point of the earth was very interesting, along with the history of the Indians, very good. Then we went to the cable car where we reached 4100m, from where it is possible to see the entire city of Quito. With the tour of the historic center we complete the tour.

5.00If I could give this tour 10 stars, I would! Our tour guide Michael was spectacular. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and accommodating we invited him to lunch. I would ask for him to give us a tour again. A must do!
