5.00The guides are excellent, taking care of the group, explaining every step of the techniques that we had to adapt to the hike, very serious and fun at the same time. The full equipment provided (crampons, jackets, pants, backpack, slider etc) was impeccable. We always felt safe and taken care. The experience is extraordinary and definitively a must.

For me and the team of guides was a differential, clearly they possess a lot of experience in the climb, are attentive and are always supporting the group. Thanks to their professionalism and constant encouragement, I was able to reach the summit safely. I recommend closed eyes for those looking for safety, support and an unforgettable experience!

1.00The tour agency that was on the Viator website does not exist, is out of business. As the hike drew near, we were contacted by Viator to pay (which we did), and texted multiple times to the tour agency (through Viator) with questions, but never heard back. We arrived in town the night before the hike. On the day of the scheduled hike, we went to the designated meeting place—nothing/no one was there. We went to the address of the tour agency—found the building but it was obviously abandoned. Viator responded promptly to my text, said they would investigate. Got back to me within a day, and refunded me within a week. BUT they should do a better job of checking on the businesses that they represent.

5.00We did the expedition to the VillaRica volcano (couple and 2 teenagers) It was one of the best outdoor experiences we've had. Rodrigo and his group of guides were super attentive and took care of the entire group. Rodrigo also gave a geography lesson to all of us. At the end we even had a surprise happy hour with beer and snacks. I highly recommend
