She demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the main attraction areas, history and culture, but also everything that one wishes to know about this amazing country and civilization. It was definitely a great day and Merve certainly was a big part of it. Highly recommended.

They patiently explained our English even though we couldn't understand it, learned Japanese during our free time, and most of all they guided us in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere, so we enjoyed it with peace of mind.
