As keen explorers ourselves we know that it is often difficult to know what to see and do, especially in cities like Hong Kong where there are endless possibilities. Take a private customised walking tour and we will put an itinerary together that ensures you see the things that will interest you the most and at a pace that suits you. Our customised private tours of Hong Kong last from 4 to 8 hours; your tour length is your choice. You can start your tour at any time from 8 am to 6 pm allowing you to book a day tour or a night tour. We will design a bespoke itinerary, based on your preferences, that ensures that you see the things that will interest you the most. We can combine some of the must see’s like Victoria Peak and riding the Star Ferry with something a little more off the beaten track to ensure that you see Hong Kong for what it really is; a city of contrasts where the metropolis sits side by side with national parkland, where the super-wealthy walk shoulder to shoulder with people living in poverty, it is a city where east truly does meet west like in no other. If you are a foodie but do not want to do our full food tour we can combine foodie elements into your tour, ensuring that you still get a wonderful mouthwatering taste of Hong Kong. If you would like to pick up some souvenirs en route we can show you our favourite markets. Or perhaps you have something specific which you would like to buy, let us know and we will make sure that you do not leave Hong Kong without it. Perhaps you are a budding photographer and would like to visit the most photogenic locations, we can do that too, just let us know!

Mel from Hello Hong Kong really showed us a great tour of Hong Kong. We didn’t give him much to go by but he gave us a great schedule. We saw many things and feel as if we got to know the real Hong Kong. We did the walking tour as part of a family and the pace was just right. I would recommend this tour, esp with Mel, to anyone with a long layover between flights at Hong Kong Airport. Getting through immigaration and back in was also a breeze.

Andy was amazing! THIS is the way to do HK. We rode tram, metro, ding dings, bus and ferry. No traffic, directions or parking headaches. Transit included in price, so no tickets to worry about either. Took us to locals only place for dim sum that we would have never found, amazing fruit market, in addition to Victoria Peak, Man Mo temple, nunnery, mid level escalators, great mid day sweet treat shop, Took really good care of us as my wife broke her elbow right before we left home. Andy born in HK, but went to University of California at Berkeley (Go Bears!) like my niece so we had lots to talk about. Good history info and nice balance of info on life in HK. We paid for 8, stayed with us almost 9 to make sure we got on right subway back to hotel. Been on many subway around the world, but this system is beyond believe. This tour was worth every dollar paid.

I went on a private walking tour with Alfred. It was my first day in Hong Kong, and I had never been to the city before. In six hours we walked a lot, went in and out of the subway and covered a lot of ground on Hong Kong Island, and in Kowloon. We visited flower market, pet market, ladies, market, prison, Nan Lian Garden and monastery and several famous temples in Hong Kong. And more!!! I learned how to use the subway and was able to do it all again on my own and considered myself quite adventurous. It was a phenomenal walking tour and Alfred was always aware of where I was even though where we walked was very crowded with many people since it was right before the Chinese new year. As a single female, I felt very safe with Alfred and safe throughout our six hours of the tour. He also took many photos of me, which was great to review that evening after the tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend Hello Tours.

The guide was extremely knowledgeable, providing constant stream of information. The views from the peak were stunning in all directions Using public transport made us feel part of the city, and the detailed tours of the various markets was both fascinating and eye opening about the local culture. Lunch at a real non touristic restaurant was a real insight into local life

We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip around Hong Kong with our lovely guide Sinclair. Sinclair listened to what we wanted to get out of our day and the day could not have gone better. We took the bus to Victoria Peak where the views were spectacular and also the water ferry at Aberdeen was a highlight as was watching how they sold the fish. The information and interesting facts we learned about and saw at Hong Kong were so informative. The restaurant Sinclair took us for lunch was very enjoyable and it was nice to eat like the locals and the quality of the food was excellent. We had a great time at the flower market where the orchids and selection of flowers were so beautiful. I loved my buys at the ladies market and also looking at the goldfish and pets too(I wish I could have took the flowers and pets home with me😊). We enjoyed our trip on the star ferry too. Our day was also made more special by the time and care Sinclair took taking photos of us throughout the day and the natural photos were lovely too. We started our tour with a guide but ended our day with a friend. Thank you so much Sinclair for making our day so personal and special and memories we won’t forget. We highly recommend Sinclair for your guide as you will not be disappointed .

Four of us had a great private tour day seeing the sites of Hong Kong with Sinclair as our guide. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Using boat, transit and bus we worked our way through various places and had a throughly wonderful day. We were lucky enough to get Sinclair on two tours and honestly, he knows Hong Kong backwards, forwards and sideways. One of the best things is that he has his iPad out taking pictures the whole time and then sends them all to you at the end. Trust me, take this tour, ask for Sinclair and you won’t be disappointed. Flawless English speaking although it is only one of 5 languages he speaks!
