5.00Our kids had a wonderful experience during their full week ski school in Zermatt. Despite challenging weather conditions, the instructors made the most of it and created both a fun and educational experience. Since returning home our kids have not stopped raving about the time they had. Special thanks to Kai who was an excellent instructor for our daughter - he was extremely supportive, easy to communicate with, and even shared videos with us afterwards detailing her progress. Would highly recommend.

5.00Charles was my instructor for a day, and he improved my skiing massively. I’m already quite a good skier, but he pointed out ways I can improve which have significantly helped. Charles is also great company and is always looking out for everyone’s best interests. For example, if someone’s toes are getting cold, he will get the whole group to go inside, rather than skiing on with that one person he’ll take care of the issue. I would highly recommend Charles if you’re looking for an instructor.

5.00We would highly recommend ES when you visit Zermatt. We booked an instructor for our children age 12 and 14 and could not be more impressed with their experience. Their guide Charles was beyond expectations. He was professional but friendly and his ability to build the kids confidence and push them to improve through the week was great to see. He sent us some great videos and photos each day to show their progress. We hope Charles is still with you next year so we can request him again!

5.00The experience was amazing. I have been going to Zermatt for more than 10 years and for 5 years I was trained by Yuriy. He’s an amazing coach, he explains everything in details, he’s always asking: how u feel and so on. We always go and have a rest after few hours and than continue skiing. My daughter skied with him also and she learned carving with him, she also says that he’s an amazing teacher and person. Next year, we will come again and my daughter want to learn how to snow board with Yuriy. Thank u for a wonderful experience again!

5.00Chloe was an absolute joy to ski with. She guided our family of four through five unforgettable days in Zermatt, thoughtfully tailoring each day to the weather and everyone’s abilities. Her patience, kindness, and deep knowledge made us feel completely at ease from the start. As American skiers, hiring a guide was new to us—but it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Chloe made everything seamless and truly elevated the experience into something special we’ll always remember.

5.00Ever since our first time in Zermatt over five years ago, we have always skied with ESS. When our children were very little, just learning to ski, they did their group lessons which were wonderful. Since their groups are small, they received a lot of attention and we were amazed at their progress by the end of the week. Since then we have always skied with Chloe for our weeks in Zermatt. She’s truly the best. Not only knowing exactly where to take us, what lifts and runs are open, etc but also making sure we everyone has the best time. Planning time each day for the jump park for the kids and hardest runs for my husband. She is truly the reason I know how to ski! We tell all of our friends planning a holiday in Zermatt to use ESS and ask for Chloe!
