It was wonderful exploring and learning more about Northern Vietnam both past and present. Minh was great to be with and taught us so much. Would highly recommend learning from him !

Amazing bike ride with our guides! Such a great experience — we got to explore places off the beaten path, far from the usual tourist spots, and it was just fantastic!

I strongly recommend this tour, it was a highlight of our trip. We left the busyness of Hanoi behind and cycled on a fascinating route taking in magnificent scenery, farmland, and 1000 year old pottery villages with Minh who shared with us all the interesting history and background. We loved the stop at the social action pottery workshop, and the lunch in a local home was an incredible experience - our fussy dietary requirements were catered for in advance! Minh is really lovely to spend the day with and the tour felt very relaxed and flexible.

From start to finish a wonderful experience. Minh was an expert guide who brings his heart and soul into the tour with unique insights and stops along the way. Our teenage boys loved it. The pottery stop was very special and countryside bike ride was picturesque. Highly recommended for a day trip in a unique and enjoyable location.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We went as a small family with a 3 yr old. We felt safe and secure. Minh was brilliant in guiding us through the trail and the narrow alley ways. Lunch was fantastic too. High recommend this!

Professional tour company, a/c van with waters and English speaking guide. Our guide was personable, had great English and was flexible. It was too hot to ride as long as we had planned and they were easy to change course and plans on the go. Lunch was great, they ordered well, and the boat ride and hike up the pagoda were very cool. Would recommend.

My wife and I went to Vietnam on our honeymoon and Minh was our tour guide while staying in Hanoi. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The bike ride through Ninh Binh was an incredible experience which was made even more amazing by Minh taking us on a custom route. The views were spectacular. Minh also created a photo montage for us to remember our special ride. We highly recommend signing up for a bike ride with Minh.

We are not bike riders so Minh altered the trip and we rode on backs of motorbikes, instead. To be honest, the word ecopark sounded good but we really didnt know what to expect. The experience turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. First the apartment in the eco village was very modern, homey and comfortable. Setting off on motorbikes, we hit rush hour traffic, but we were expertly guided through the many cars and motorbikes going the same way. Once crossing to the other side, opposite the eco village, we rode through beautiful farmland, a pottery village and a visit with an 82 year old resident who’s family once owned quite a bit of land around the area. He still lives in the original house tgat has been home for several generations. Hope you will spot the famous Dong Tao chicken. A chicken with extraordinarily huge legs and feet! It is the second most expensive chicken in the world, selling for $2000 each!

This is my second time with Any Trails in Hanoi. The first was before COVID, and I had such a blast that I decided to try a different tour on my recent visit. Went with the Red River Bike Tour and it was awesome! Our guide, Minh, is the nicest guy ever and SO knowledgeable. He made the entire experience so much fun, his bikes are really nice, and the entire day was super smooth. I highly recommend!
