We had a blast the water so refreshing with the sun on our backs, I am so grateful for the maintenance of the land, we learned a lot about coffee and to see the different butterflies dancing all over was specular with all the different colors, they just would not be still long enough to get pictures. The meal was exceptional.

I loved this activity and was surprised by it where we went to meet some waterfalls, in a small town about 40 50 minutes from huatulco, it was very interesting, besides the bathroom, to know a coffee farm, and how they produce it!

I want to first give a gigantic shout out to our tour guide who really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Everything is as advertised … we did a little bit of everything (tortilla making, mezcal tasting, and coffee tasting plus the waterfalls) and Jose made sure that we did everything that the waterfalls had to offer (including being an awesome photographer!). The Mexican buffet was amazingly delicious and felt homemade and authentic … however this is where the tour company let me down, they said the optional buffet was $200 pesos but it was $250 … not a big deal but it impacted how much we could buy in the organic farmers market which was disappointing. The experience was 10/10 I would recommend it but I hope the tour organizers update their information so we could plan better.

I booked the “Full-Day Tour to Llano Grande Waterfalls and Coffee Plantation in Huatulco” for $90. However, the tour only went to the waterfall, and the guide said the coffee plantation was not included because it’s not the season. When I asked other participants, most of them said they paid only $40–$45 for the same tour. I believe it was unfair to charge me $90, especially since a significant part of the program—the coffee plantation visit—was not provided. I would like to request a refund of $45.

We loved it! We went with five of us. The guide, Jose, was fantastic. He was professional and kind. Nice clean air conditioned van, and a small group. We chose this trip because we wanted to avoid big crowds. I'm not sure if we missed the high season but we never felt there were too many people. We had the falls to ourselves most of the time. Go to climb high into the beautiful mountains and you support the local communities in a small way.

It was a unique experience with beautiful landscapes. At all times the guide made sure our safety was a priority. I was carrying my mom who is already older and she felt very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. The trail to the waterfalls is very good and you get there fast. You don’t have to walk much to get there and that was what I was looking for when traveling with older people. The waterfalls are small but beautiful and enjoyable because it is so shaded. Everyone was very friendly and took a lot of amazing photos. Fully recommended.
