Our tour was on Sunday March 31. We were 10 persons in our family group. I can’t remember her name. Is unbelievable this women guide was not helpful at all. Very rude, and not polite at all. No touch. We ask her to call a taxi to go up to the Royal Alcazar in Segovia since is on a hill and her answer was no . We were 5 people that need it a taxi. It didn’t take that much to request it. Lucky for us, I was able to stop one taxi for one person and that driver called another taxi for the rest of us. Very disappointed. The tour guide that was waiting for us inside of the Alcazar was very helpful and consider.

We had an amazing day! Luis our guide and Oscar our driver made sure to not only get us there and back safely but to spend enough time in both towns to explain the local history and local cuisine. A day to not be forgotten.

Eat breakfast at first stop in avila or bring snacks. Restaurants very busy. Monica our guide did a great job on bus snd tours. We had plenty of free time and explored cathedral on our own. Thank you!!
