The information about the tour states that the guide is bilingual in English and Spanish. They do not tell you that the guide is only with you for about 2 hours out of the 16. The driver who is with you all day does not speak English. Any information he gave during the trip we did not understand. We had to go through an immigration checkpoint, fill out paperwork for immigration and figure out what time we had to be back to the bus during the 4 stops. Luckily there was one person on the bus who spoke English and he was very helpful. The bilingual guide was picked up about 1 hr before the glacier and had a talk about the glacier. Most of that time at the glacier we were on our own to explore which was no problem. This is the only tour out of six that we have taken since we've been in Chile that did not have an adequate bilingual guide as stated. The glacier was amazing to see, but the trip was stressful. Next time I would find a tour that had an English speaker throughout.

Location with good structure. The team of guides and driver was solicitory, car clean. It is a bit of a tiring tour, as it is many hours of road. But this is about the distance and not the ride itself. If you can’t sit for long, consider staying in El Calafate to be able to take this tour.

Best tour ever, long one but is worth every moment, but please take the boat ride as well, this trip without the boats ride you will miss another beautiful view and experience to see the glacier from the water is another complete view that you do not from land

The glacier is really impressive and breathtakingly beautiful, but from Puerto Natales a very long drive. On site you have very little time if you also want to go by boat. That was too hectic for us...

Toll! We were skeptical at first because of the 16 h drive for a bit of glacier watching... But thanks to the very personable and humorous guides and good organization, which allowed at least 2.5 h stay at the glacier, the ride flew by and the glacier itself was simply overwhelming! The tour is really highly recommended!

Although the journey from Puerto Natales is long it is worth every km. Francis is very practical and makes things easy, very attentive and punctual. Paloma the guide explained everything about the glacier very well. We were privileged because it was a wonderful day and we could appreciate the whole landscape. Wonderful experience....
