5.00We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Prestige Tours with Ordain Hove from Cape Town, thanks to our guide, Ordain. He took our family (myself, my wife, and our nine-year-old son) on a full-day tour of the Cape of Good Hope, and from start to finish, everything was exceptional. Ordain was punctual, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The entire day felt relaxed and unhurried—we never once felt rushed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. His knowledge of South Africa’s history, culture, and landmarks was impressive, and he shared it in a way that was engaging for both adults and our son. He struck the perfect balance between being informative and easygoing, making the tour both educational and fun. We enjoyed our time with him so much that we booked him again. Ordain went above and beyond by helping us arrange a shark cage diving experience. He handled all the logistics, drove us there, ensured we arrived with plenty of time, and once again made the entire day seamless and stress-free. On the way back, he continued to enhance the experience by pointing out additional sights and offering to show us other interesting areas—all without any sense of rushing. The vehicle was comfortable, the pacing was perfect, and Ordain was simply a pleasure to spend time with. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set him apart. 5.00The guidance was professional but with a touch of Home. Ordain was very sensitive to the fact that we were with young ones and they were never left out. He was also very patient with the ever changing demands of the family. This made our four day visit really memorable. Ready to do it again!
