1.00I arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes early for my 5:30 tour and waited around for half an hour, but no one ever showed up. I tried messaging the company through Viator (no reply) and calling the listed number, which turned out to just be for Viator's booking system, not the company itself. With no way to reach the company, this all felt like a scam

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Eddie from Cycle Cayman! From the moment the tour started, his energy, knowledge, and genuine love for Cayman made the whole walk unforgettable. Eddie strikes the perfect balance between fun and informative. He shared so many interesting local stories, history, and hidden spots that we never would have discovered on our own. You can tell he really cares about giving guests an authentic experience, not just a standard tour. He also made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe the entire time, keeping a relaxed pace while still covering a lot. His friendly personality and great sense of humor made it feel like we were exploring with a local friend rather than just a guide. If you're visiting Cayman and want to see more than the typical tourist spots, a tour with Eddie at Cycle Cayman is a must. Easily one of the highlights of our trip (1.5hr) — highly recommend!🚲🌴
