Amazing Ghost Walks tour! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and a fantastic storyteller. He was clearly very familiar with the history and stories, and he brought them to life in a way that was engaging, entertaining, and easy to follow. Great pacing, lots of personality, and just the right mix of history and mystery. A fun and memorable way to experience the city, highly recommend!

This ghost tour was fun and eerie! Coming from Victoria it was interesting to learn about the history of the city mixed in with a ghostly twist! Our guide told the stories in a very exciting and engaging way! I definitely will be signing up for tours 2 and 3!

This was our family’s fifth ghost tour with this company, this time with the Christmas themed one. We appreciated the territorial acknowledgement at the beginning of the walk and recognizing the difference between the First Nations and the settlers. Our guide was excellent. The tour walked us through downtown between the Empress Hotel and Bastion Square, one of the shorter routes of their offerings. Although a ghost tour, it was not particularly scary or gruesome. We thought there was a good balance connecting the ghostly aspects with the historical facts of the creation of Victoria as we know it to be now. We can’t wait for John and his team to come up with more stories for a new tour route!

An hour well spent! We greatly enjoyed our tour. Fantastic tour guide who told the ghost stories with enthusiasm and skill! We were entertained, learned some history and left with a slight shiver down our spine…perhaps even hoping to meet one of the ghosts!

The experience was fun and definitely eerie at the end. It was a misty night, slightly chilly and Asher was a great guide!

Loved it so much. The tour guide was well knowledgeable in the history of the town and I loved being able to walk through an area I have never been. Hoping to do another next time I'm here

Spent wedding anniversary weekend in Victoria and added this evening walk to our itinerary. Was easy walking that started at the Empress Hotel and ended in Bastion square with a few stops along the way. Enjoyed the tales and learned some interesting history of the area. Stopped in at the Bard & Banker for a drink afterwards.
