Spend a memorable day visiting what is undoubtedly Northern Ireland's most infamous attraction. Travel by coach on a journey you will remember for a lifetime, taking in the spectacular natural beauty that is the Antrim Coastal Road, Carrickfergus Castle, Portaneevy Viewing Point to see the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge (Due to National Trust Staffing Issues they will not accept any coach or group bookings at present but we will be stopping for photographs), the Giant's Causeway, and the Game of Thrones locations, including the Dark Hedges plus much much more. This tour travels the entire coast road from Belfast which is a must-see area of outstanding natural beauty. Not all tours to the Causeway include this but is widely known to be best route to the causeway. To leave this out of your tour would be a big loss!!

We both enjoyed this trip just a shame the weather wasn't always kind to us. It was an enjoyable day out with plenty to see. We enjoyed the short stop at Carrickfergus Castle & there were some good views at the Rope Bridge. The lunch stop was at Dark Hedges where you could have a meal at the hotel or a snack at the their cafe. The lunch stop was quite early so we headed to the cafe as we weren't ready for a large meal. There was a limited choice in the cafe so we choose baked potatoes which were nice enough. Though it would have been nice to have had a slightly more varied menu. Maybe in the summer there would have been more choice. The highlight of the trip was Giants Causeway & even on a bleak November day the scenery was impressive. Certainly worth a visit, The coach was warm, clean & comfortable. Our coach driver was very friendly & knowledgeable, He helped make the trip interesting as we drove from place to place

We chose the full day trip up through the Glens of Northern Ireland via the coastal route, with calls at The Dark Hedges, The Giants Causeway and Bushmills. Our Driver Mark, was very friendly and charismatic and gave us lots of information about the places we would see along the tour. He also gave clear meeting/pick up times, so we remained on schedule. We had a lovely carvery lunch at the Hedges Hotel, which was an unexpected surprise. Overall we had a very enjoyable day out, the tour represented excellent value for money and we packed a lot in a short space of time. I would highly recommend this day trip experience with Allan's Tours.

We had a fantastic day! We took our 6 month old and everything was brilliant. The coach arrived on time and the driver was spot on giving the facts and making jokes. The whole day was really slick and we loved exploring Giants Causeway. Would defo recommend this trip and this company.

Overall the tour was great, we learned a lot and saw several beautiful sites. I was disappointed that we were not able to see Dunlace Castle. On the itinerary it listed that the last stop was Dunlace Castle. Our guide told me that was 15 min from the Giants Causeway where we were at, however since it was now getting dark earlier we would not be able to go there to take a few photos. In his words, “it’s not worth it just for a photo”. There should have been a disclaimer stating that in the winter months we would not be able to go to Dunlace Castle, or have the tour begin earlier.

The bus was old and the windows were not clean. We booked this tour because it says it takes the Antrim coast road on the way up to the causeway, but it wasn’t until after we pulled away from the tour office that the driver said he wouldn’t be taking that road due to construction. We were very disappointed and they should have said this before we left to give us other options. The stops along the way were okay, but I wish we had more time at the causeway which was the highlight of the day - it’s absolutely breathtaking. I would have liked othe options for lunch as the buffet at the Hedges Hotel was absolutely awful. We weren’t allowed to order off the menu (which would have been less expensive and offered more options), because all bus tourists had to get the buffet or not being so we were forced to purchase the buffet or go hungry. That wasn’t a good experience. I would say that if you can bring some snacks or a lunch of your own, you should do that instead:
