What To Expect
Gibraltar
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory and headland, on Spain's south coast. It’s dominated by the Rock of Gibraltar, a 426m-high limestone ridge. First settled by the Moors in the middle Ages and later ruled by Spain, the outpost was ceded to the British in 1713. Layers of fortifications include the remains of a 14th-century Moorish Castle and the 18th century Great Siege Tunnels, which were expanded in WWII
The Rock of Gibraltar
The Rock of Gibraltar is a monolithic limestone promontory located in the British territory of Gibraltar, near the southwestern tip of Europe on the Iberian Peninsula. It is 426 m high. Most of the Rock's upper area is covered by a nature reserve, which is home to around 300 Barbary macaques

5.00Outstanding day out with Joseph. We booked this tour 6-months ago as part of an 18-night cruise through the Mediterranean. Easily one of the highlights of our trip! We were a group of 7 with multiple generations. Joseph was informative, patient with all, and very knowledgeable. Anything we needed or desired, he did his best to make happen. He never rushed our group and was really the ultimate host for our lovely day! Thank you Joseph and inside out Rock tours for the job well done. If you are looking for an excursion in Gibraltar, look no further!

5.00We just took the ultimate tour. Carl was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, engaging, time aware, and honestly just a great person. No lines, no check-ins, no drama just a local resident that absolutely adores his country. I dont typically leave reviews, but it was such an amazing experience for 8 people/4 couples from the US I felt I ahd too.

5.00Rarely have we had a tour that was as informative and entertaining as this one on Gibraltar. Dale is a native and an experienced, excellent guide. He kept us right on schedule, he got up close to the monkeys , viewed locations that most other tours don't travel to and we even saw two flights take off from the airport. He recommended Roy's Fish & Chips for lunch and that was delicious too. Great job Dale!

5.00We LOVED this tour! Carl was great. He has spent his entire life in Gibraltar and knows it extremely well. As a result, he knew how to sequence everythiing so we avoided virtually all of the crowds. He took us to all of the highlights as well as some "deeper cuts" which were all fascinating. He also taught us a great deal about the history, culture and politics of Gibraltar. This was a fairly expensive tour for just 2 people but for us it was worth it for the overall convenience. I think it would be more cost-effective for a slightly larger group or family.

5.00This was by far the BEST tour I have ever taken! Carl and his team was AWESOME. We had 3 buses on the ultimate tour and it was amazing. So informative, lots of history, lots of stops for pictures. We learned so much about Gibraltar - and it was so much fun, even in the rain! The City is just beautiful and amazing, the Rock was completely incredible. The views were awesome, St. Michael's Cave is a must see! Just beautiful. The monkeys are adorable, the babies are so cute. PLEASE listen to you guides and do not attempt to touch the monkeys or they will bite you as a defense because you scare them. Our guides had the monkeys on our heads and shoulders as they fed them peanuts and it was perfectly safe because the monkeys know the guides! Tax free shopping and lunch caps off the day. You must visit the Victory Pub for fish and chips. Only order one! Trust me - it is HUGE and delicious. I wish I had more time to spend there just eating and drinking! Great tour, great communication, great price. Carl is amazing! Can't wait to go back again!! Thank you! Highly recommend!!
