The mountains in and around Andermatt are once in a lifetime views. Lucerne is such a charming city, and especially around Christmas time. Michelle was a great host

Our tour guide was Jean Baque. Jean did an excellent job guiding us. He was knowledgeable and very approachable. But what was most remarkable is how Jean helped us find my wife’s purse. My wife left her purse on one of the trains we were using to connect. In her rush to get to the next train, she forgot her purse. She didn’t realize it until we left the station. We brought it to Jean’s anattention and he flew into action. He was calm and reassuring and very kind. He filled out a missing property report and contacted the railroad before we got to our next stop. He then helped us plan logistically how to get back to the previous station to attempt to recover the purse. Before we got back to the station Jean already had recovered the purse and made arrangements for us to pick it up as the station had already closed. We got my wife’s purse back with our passports and money. This was all because of Jean’s quick action and calm demeanor. I would recommend him to anyone. We are very grateful to him.

We had a fantastic day with Jean everything went smoothly and on time even with train changes. The scenery was stunning and so interesting. Jean explained everything clearly and kept us informed when areas of interest were approaching. Would highly recommend this day trip.

Jean is the best tour guif I’ve had so far. I went on this trip solo and he made it very enjoyable, entertaining and absolutely amazing. He showed me all of the hidden gems and all of the history of all of that places I would definitely book again!!!!’

Our guide took us to the wrong train station so we didn’t cover 90% of this tour. We were only on the GE for 2 hours and went to a totally different location. This was the worse experience of my life. The guide was totally unprepared and unqualified to be a guide. This tour was very expensive and I’m fighting to get my money back.

Althoughh we had a great tour guide, Margaux, we did not receive the product that we purchased. It is advertised as ride on the Glacier Express and last for 10 hours. We did not ride on the Glacier Express but followed the route of the Glacier Express on other trains and the tour only lasted about 8 hours. We arrived for the tour 30 minutes early and there was nobody at the meeting place 15 minutes prior as avertised so we wern't sure we were in the right place and made seceral trips in and around the Zurich train station. Another tour guide for a different excursion got our tickets and on the train where we met our tour guide in Lucerne with the renainder of our group. I request a partial refund but it was denied. I feel as though it was a bait and switch tactic.
I love it it was incredible for all my family and for me 😻

Our tour had the blessing of a sunny day and great weather. Gina kept it fun and interesting for the group of 15, with young kids to seniors, we all had a great day. First class!!
