5.00Kelvin was fun and attentive to our needs, also he was very flexible with the time and agenda. We had a lot of fun on the race track and also went to the nice beach.

5.00ELIAN ADONIS SOSA was the best tour guide we could have asked for. He went above & beyond to make our adventure as great as it was. He was responsive with my messages answered all my questions, sent me pictures of him & the meeting location. I mean he really made the process smooth. All we needed to do was meet him then leave the rest up to him. We also had a second Excursion scheduled afterwards with a Buggy Tour. Those folks were the complete opposite of Adonis. They would not respond to any of my messages that I was sending days before the Excursion about our pickup. When I tell you they didn't respond to not one message so when we told Adonis he immediately went into let me help you all mode and make this better. He called them and listened to the lies they were saying to him. He knew it was their responsibility to pick us up and he also saw where they had not responded to any of my messages. Bless his heart ya'll, he told us not to worry I will drive you to the location myself. He was the absolute best I tell you. We are already stressed being in a different country not knowing the language so the last thing we want is for a company to stress us out even more AFTER we have paid them when all you want is for you to do what they advertise and pick you up at the meeting point and get you to the Excursion safety & on time. We were so grateful 🙏
