  I organised a hot air balloon ride as a surprise for my partners 40th Birthday. Prior to booking, I read reviews about this company and was amazed by the quantity of positive feedback of this company which sold me. From the time we were picked up, to board flying, landing and dining, the company were extremely organised, and all workers worked extremely well together as a team showing great professionalism, and considering safety at all times. As we were enjoying our champagne breakfast, my partner was presented with a surprise birthday cake and fabulous singing, which was a really nice touch. We would really like to thank Ben the pilot and to getting us all as high in the air as possible!, Tony who chauffeured and fascilitated the morning, and Gav the groundsman who prepped and packed away the massive hot air balloon. It was truely a fantastic experience made possible by the team, and will be forever memorable. Highly recommend.
