With me as your professional photographer, an adventurer in Iceland since 2006 and a natural conservation forest worker for some time around this area, I will make sure that you will discover everything as a local.
Together in a very small group of up to only 4 people by Jeep, we will start our journey in Reykjavik and then we’ll visit the destinations listed besides that we will visit
Secret Lagoon - the oldest swimming pool in Iceland
Tomato farm for lunch as well as other lesser known but equally spectacular places!

What To Expect
Thingvellir National Park
As one of the most famous sites and must-visits in Iceland, Thingvellir National Park has great significance in both the history and geology of Iceland. In 930 AD, the world’s first parliament was established here in Thingvellir by Vikings, making it the oldest parliament. Most surprisingly the parliament is still active and fully functioning!
Geysir
The Great Geysir, which is no longer active. The area is filled with steam vents, bubbling pits, and sizzling ponds, with multicolored patches dotted here and there. The main show of the site is the active Strokkur Geyser that gushes 20 meters up in the air every 5 to 10 minutes. The spectacular, lively sight is the highlight of the Geysir geothermal field.

Luke is very patient with our questions, catered to different interests within the group, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic time. 5.00We had a fantastic day with Luke on the Golden Circle Secret Lagoon tour. He collected us from the hotel with a warm friendly greeting and explained the tour. The sights are amazing and he took some fantastic photos of us capturing the water falls and geysers. Luke’s knowledge of the island was impressive and throughout the trip made sure we were always comfortable We ended the trip at the secret Lagoon and Luke told us to take as long as we wished We wouldn’t hesitate to book another trip with Luke

5.00In October 2021, I had the privilege to be able to join one of Luke's private tours and see the Golden Secret Spots of Iceland. It was a combination of the carefully curated sites, Luke's warm hospitality and talent with his camera, and the breathtaking backdrops of Iceland that made the trip so magical. Iceland is a beautiful country; I don't know of any other place where you can see waterfalls, geysers, natural springs, volcanos, and aurora borealis, potentially all in one trip. And to experience it with a "best friend" was pretty amazing. Luke was always flexible and accommodating. I never felt rushed and learned a lot about the area and culture on his private tour. It was nice not having to worry about capturing the memories and figuring out how to use a selfie stick. Coming home, I have some outstanding photos to remember my trip and share with my friends, who said, "Wow! You got a fantastic photographer!". I couldn't agree more. Thank you Luke for an amazing adventure!
