A small group tour with a local and personal touch. Probably Iceland's most famous tour, the Golden Circle is the perfect mix of human and natural history. We will visit Thingvellir National Park, Geysir, Gullfoss, Friðheimar greenhouse and the Secret Lagoon. The Golden Circle is a must see for anyone that wants to truly experience Iceland, and the Scret Lagoon is the perfect way to unwind and enjoy Iceland. A very unique lunch experience at Friðheimar greenhouse, lunch is included.

What To Expect

Pingvellir National Park

Thingvellir is characterized by tectonic rift valley and marks the rifting of the Eurasian and North American plates from each other. In 930 the Icelandic Parliament, the first democracy in the world, was established at Thingvellir. Thingvellir became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004. We walk to Öxarárfoss waterfall.

Did you know that the english name “geyser”, derives from the one and only in the Haukadalur area in Iceland? The geyser Geysir itself erupts boiling water up to 70 meters, but is almost inactive. Strokkur, only few meters apart from Geyser, erupts on average every 4 minutes. Faxi is a nearby waterfall and we stop there.

We had an awesome tour guide for three days and were able to see so much in a short time! This was a private small group tour 7 to 11 people. Our guide Addie was very professional, personable and knowledgeable of Icelandic history and the sites we visited! She was flexible if we needed to spend a bit more time in some places. Guides provide and reinforce safety information to visitors. It's nice to ride and enjoy the scenery a d not have to focus on driving. She had great stories too!! Looking forward to future visits to Iceland! 🇮🇸❤️🇮🇸Great tour company!!

We enjoyed our tour of amazing sites on the Golden Circle. Helga, our guide, was excellent! She was passionate, friendly, amazingly knowledgeable with an Advanced degree in geology. Ending the day at the secret lagoon was the icing on the cake!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and even looked like a Viking! The landscape was spectacular. The geyser did not reach any kind of height, just sort of bubbled and steam blew out, but that is no fault of the tour company. I was with a group of 8 friends, we decided that we did not want to get off at the secret lagoon but wanted to continue on with the rest of the tour and our guide accommodated us.
