Pingvellir National Park
Step into Iceland’s dramatic landscapes at Þingvellir National Park, where you can walk between two continents along the rift between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is rich with history, once home to the world’s oldest parliament, and surrounded by stunning views of lava fields, crystal-clear springs, and towering cliffs. Along the way, you’ll take in some of Iceland’s most iconic scenery—raw, powerful, and unforgettable.
Site de Geysir
Witness the raw energy of the Earth at Geysir, the famous geothermal area that gave all geysers their name. Though the Great Geysir itself now erupts rarely, nearby Strokkur puts on a spectacular show every few minutes—shooting boiling water up to 30 meters into the air. Surrounded by steaming vents, bubbling mud pots, and colorful hot springs, this is one of Iceland’s most surreal and unforgettable landscapes.

Our tour was made truly special thanks to our guide Albert and our driver Maciej: both professional, kind and always helpful. Albert shared many interesting facts about Iceland, making the trip engaging and fun, while Maciej drove perfectly and made us feel safe at all times. Everything was well organized, on schedule, and the landscapes were breathtaking. Highly recommended! Mattia&Giulia

Our guide was Leifur, and he did an excellent job. The sights were beautiful, operation was smooth, and the lagoon was a great experience. Make sure you have crampons if going in winter, most places you walk will be icy.

We booked through get your guide the driver was lovely Pros Clean bus with work and usb port Some parts of the journey the driver teaches you local facts and history Cons -Seats are way too small and there is a lack of storage for everyone’s winter wear and bags - not drivers fault but group was split into two for two different lagoons? Which meant extra driving inbetween. We could have all gone to the same one and saves the extra hour. Again no mention of this or a choice when booking. Also two hours to stand in a warm thermal pond is not needed. 20 mins and we were done - people constantly failed to stick to “back to the bus times” impacting on time at each destination. The driver didn’t seem phased. If you can afford do a private tour. -You actually get a normal bus to a bus station and then try and work out which bus you need to be on. This was not advised at any time. Beware you will be told by staff to get on the wrong bus as we were twice. I noticed the golden circle tour part was correct but we weren’t snowmobiling but doing the lagoon. Then they tried putting us on just the lagoon bus. Thankfully we went inside and the ticket desk took us to a smaller desk behind.

Do not leave too soon because at the first stop to see the tectonic fault it was still dark. We were gone at 9am.

Kristjan was a very entertaining, enthusiastic and informative guide and the tour was a great experience to see lots of the natural wonders of Iceland. Ending with a Prosecco in the secret lagoon was the icing on the cake.

Had a fantastic day seeing Thingvillar,.the geyser and Gullfoss with Bryndis who was great sharing information about where we were and wider insight about Iceland. All these sights are spectacular and ending the day in the Lagoon was amazing. Great pick-up and ride through the day, thanks Bryndis.
