Known in Maltese as 'Il-Gimgha l-Kbira' or 'The most important Friday of the Year', Good Friday is a day of mourning. Pageants are held during the afternoon in main towns & villages. Streets are transformed into open-air theatres that celebrate the cycle of suffering, death and resurrection.

What To Expect
Zejtun
During this tour, we will first drive to the village of Zejtun. After a short walk to the Church, we will find our seats and admire this beautiful procession. Before or during the procession you will also visit the Church which is beautifully decorated.
