I can't recommend Neza Safaris enough for anyone planning a trip to Rwanda. Whether you are looking to plan a safari/trek or just need shuttle service, Neza should be your first and only option. Lillian and Lucky are 5 Star! Being stranded in the Kenya Airport due to flight delays, Lillian at Neza was up until after midnight helping troubleshoot and reschedule my gorilla trek, which she did successfully! Not transactional, genuine customer service! Lucky was the best driver, knows the history of Rwanda and proud of the vision the country has.

My friends & I on girls trips, accomplished our bucket list with Neza Safari in Jan-2024. We highly recommend Neza Safari, Lillian & IzRa if you are seeking a dream vacation. Lillian was very responsive from planning to execution, she tailored the itinerary per our needs. She was on top of everything from our arrival to departure, she even made cutom T-Shirts for us. The itinerary was fantastic, lodging/ accommodations, & lunch stops were splendid. The trip was made more enjoyable due to IzRa. IzRa was very patient with us and our constant request for photo stops, bathroom stop, coffee stop, etc. Despite our request for various stops, Izra ensured we were on track for the activities. He is very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. He guided us on multiple occasions to maximize our experience. On the way to the airport we realized we lost our charger, Izra didn’t hesitate to give away his charger to us. We met him as our tour guide and left him as our friend.
A memorable stay with Shalom Safari Rwanda: professional, serious, well organized and punctual. I recommend this agency!

Highly recommend this tour operator. The team was very responsive and our driver excellent (Ezra) - very knowledgeable and happy to share! The Tiloreza Volcanoes Ecolodge was very accommodating with our arrival times and even cleaned our hiking boots.
Beautiful trip to the land of 1000 hills!

I travelled to almost all corners of Rwanda during this 7-day trip which included Akagera National Park, Nyungwe Forest National Park, and Volcanoes National Park, as well as the stunning Lake Kivu. Each was educative in its own way. Akagera exceeded my expectations. While it is not the most travelled to part of Rwanda, wildlife is making a wonderful recovery in Akagera, with the reintroduction of lions, rhinos and giraffes. Nyungwe was my first time experience of a mountain rain forest in Africa. The chimpanzee trek was hard, but exciting. One could hear the elusive chimpanzees, yet finding them was hard amidst the dense canopy of the forest. The mountain gorillas were no doubt the highlight of the trip. I felt immensely grateful to Dian Fossey for introducing to the world these gentle giants of the mountainous forests of Rwanda, the Congo and Uganda. I would also like to thank Lillian, my tour organizer and Cyprien, my driver guide from Neza Safaris for the excellent service provided. Their efforts were stamped with sincerity and a professional attitude. I strongly recommend Neza Safaris to future travellers.

I booked a very last minute 7 day trip with Neza Safari that included gorilla trekking, a visit to Lake Kivu, chimpanzee trekking at Nyungwe Park, and a safari at Akagera Park. Lillian did a wonderful job organizing everything. I was traveling with my elderly father, who unfortunately feel ill the first day. The team was very supportive throughout and although we missed a few activities, we were still able to continue our trip. Tito was a wonderful guide, very kind and patient. My only recommendation would be for the team to communicate dietary restrictions with the lodges. As someone that only eats halal, the lodges we stayed at didn’t offer zabiha halal options, so I was limited to the fish and vegetarian dishes. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend booking with them!

The whole process from the booking to the trip itself was very professional and pleasant. Friendly team too. My husband and I had an awesome experience there. I would definitely recommend Neza Safaris Africa for family vacation or couple retreat as well. The gorilla tracking in the Volcanoes was a discovery for me. Lots of fun. We'll surely be back again.
