Have been to the Universe several times but it has become worn. Much in the exhibitions about body and space that does not work. Time to renew a little.

We went with an open mind and didn't know what to expect. There 2 school groups there when we visited, the younger ones being better behaved than the older ones. They were setting the museum up for an evening event so there were several obstructions about the place. I would recommend in the winter to put your coats in lockers, as the place in quite warm in places. You start at the top and work your way down, several of the exhibits on the top floor were still in hibernation due to it being March but it does get better as you continue through the different areas. We really enjoyed the reptile section. The rain forest part was really hot and slippery in places so be careful. There is alot interaction features on the different levels, too many to mention. I would say at least 3 hours if you go to every section and take part in the interaction. You can also book other experiences which take place in the dome, ours was 3D and off the planets and in was fantastic. Definitely worth a visit.

My friends and I (from America) visited the Universium on Good Friday, a particularly busy day in Sweden because kids are out of school. It is absurd to not have restrictions on how many people are allowed in at a time. The entire facility was overcrowded and was borderline impossible to enjoy any exhibits. The museum is designed as a 7 story fun house for kids, which is great! Except there are many, many flaws in safety that cannot be overlooked. For example, an almost solid black revolving door caused a little girl to get her arm wedged in between the wall and the door because the person on the other side could not see her when the door was pushed. The railings? Low and thin considering you are trusting them to keep your children safe from falling 15 meters. The only redeeming quality to the Universium was the rainforest exhibit that spanned the whole 7 floors with multiple ways to traverse through it. As a child I would have loved it there, If there weren’t a thousand other kids at the same time. Other than the expansive tropics, there is no wow factor to any of there other exhibits, nothing that can’t be seen at any other science museum at a lower cost. Not recommended.

Very expensive place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When my 13 year old son showed the tickets on his mobile phone he got a reply that "then you should not disturb the staff"?! Yet she took on his cell phone and pulled them out and told us to scan them. Unfortunately very not working 'press the button and find out more about space' so nothing happened. Didn't like the tropical climate either, many places where there was nothing to see. Unfortunately, this pulls down my rating. I've never been here before, haven't missed anything.

Great! Wisdom (space) was incredibly good. The animals were also good even if zoos feel a bit outdated. Matrix was fun and interesting, we learned a lot. The body was a bit simple and not as intelligently designed as the Matrix. The restaurant's food was top, really good and well cooked.

a very well designed place, with many interesting corners for both adults and children. Bathrooms are spotless and there is also a small cafeteria where you can pause and enjoy a snack. The exhibition is divided into several thematic zones, each with something unique to offer. The tropical area is especially impressive — it’s also quite comfortable inside.

Would definitely recommend, carrying the bay through the rainforest is actually no problem because it’s not massive but it’s very fun and educational. For smaller kids 6 and under, at the end of the day we went down to level 0, fun playroom area
