For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). A minimum of 4 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.

As the buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.
