Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
You must provide your pick-up location to the operator at least 3 days before departure. If not received, the default pick-up will be: 06:30am Excalibur Hotel & Casino at Bus Pick up Area--3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.
Reminder: During the period of November 17-25, 2025, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas/Bellagio Hotel & Casino/Horseshoe Las Vegas, these sites will be cancelled,Please choose an alternative site when booking.

5.00Jesse was a great guide. Very informative during the entire trip. I would recommend sitting on the left side of the bus if just getting on the bus looking at the back. That way you get good views of the hoover damn as you drive over. Yes you stop and take pictures but those views when driving over the dam are nice. Walk the bigger ant hill at the second stop at the canyon but eat at the first stop, the sky tower I think.

5.00Edward (expert host) and Jack (master coach driver) got my wife and I to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam lookout, in good time with plenty of useful instructions and tips on how to maximize our time there. An enjoyable but long day (>10 hours). The Canyon and Dam are certainly worth a visit. Would recommend 👌

5.00If you are going to visit The Grand Canyon please do it with These guys. They made The trip to get there so especial by giving insights on a lot of the scenerie, towns and also the Hoover Dam and the Canyon itself. Jessie and Dove were very polite and kind to everyone, making sure that everybody was always confortable by giving us snacks, water and adjusting the bus temperature if needed. Me and my Family Will never forget this trip but these guys made it way more unforgetable.

5.00Jessie was fabulous as our tour guide. He has such a heartwarming gentle voice. Knowledgeable and informative. Kept us well informed of what to expect and tips on how to navigate/ spend our day at the Grand Canyon. The bus ride was as comfy as can be on a bus. Plenty of water and granola bars for ~52 people. Bathroom break/snack break to break up the long trip was appreciated and thoughtful.

5.00Simply awesome! We were lucky to have the best guide, Jesse, and the best driver, David. We stayed at the Excallibur and they got to the hotel on time.m to pick us up. The trip was pretty awesome thanks to them. Jesse was sharp, helpful, polite, cordial and his tone of voice was really pleasant. Mr. David took care of us, as well, by driving us safely. Both together make a super team. Thanks, guys. You both rock. The trip worth every penny spent and more. 100 % recommended.
