Quality tour shake town for tips off putting

4.00Everything was set up well. Plenty of time allowed at Grand Canyon. Only negative feedback is the tipping from the tour guide felt like a shake down. Mentioned 10 minutes into trip and again as we got close to returning going as far as giving tipping recommendations. She was also passing out her phone on the bus with the trip advisor or code fishing for 5 star reviews.

3.00Definitely not the trip for the solo traveler. If you are looking for a guided tour, THIS IS NOT it. Jesse stuck to his script, but was not present and engaged during the stops. It felt like all we paid for was a ride out and self-guided exploration. Did not appreciate the initial rudeness when I asked a topic about the Hoover Dam and was abruptly redirected and informed “you booked a Grand Canyon trip, NOT a Hoover Dam trip” - but the tour took us to the Hoover Dam! The view is great, The picture is great. But this “tour” was nothing more than a bus with cool air and water. Real talk.

5.00The day trip to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas was a well-organized and enjoyable experience, beginning with a convenient pickup and drop-off service. The tour guide (Jesse James) was knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive, providing clear insights into the natural and cultural significance of the canyon as well as giving us tips to beat the lines at the Skywalk. The pace of the tour allowed ample time to appreciate the breathtaking landscapes, and the comfortable transportation made the drive manageable and pleasant. Overall, the combination of efficient logistics, expert guidance, and scenic beauty made for a memorable and well-balanced day trip.

5.00Jesse James the tour guide was phenomenal had great information to give was very kind and compassionate during the whole trip. Steve the drive made sure you stayed hydrated at ever stop worth doing. Worth every penny did the basic option.
