We first visited the Grand Canyon a few years back, but being in Flagstaff again, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to see it once more. This time, we decided to take the train for a unique experience, and it did not disappoint. Our guide shared fascinating historical insights during the ride, while exploring the National Park, and at various breathtaking viewpoints at the Grand Canyon. We also enjoyed connecting with a few other visitors who had traveled to Arizona to witness the canyon for the first time and seeing their awe-struck reactions. It was truly an unforgettable day.

Stanton did an outstanding job with the group. He was on time everywhere we went and we never felt rushed. He was personable and very informative. You can tell he loves his job. The sights were amazing. If you’re looking for a tour of the south rim of the canyon, take this tour.

The day we picked happened to be pouring rain, lightening, and thunder. We received a call that our trip was canceled, as the driver didn't think he could get us there safely. About 20 minutes later, they found a driver to take us. Steve had a plethora of facts and information along the way. One of my favorite parts was when he would put on music for the background and allow us to video a spectacular view as he drove!! The train ride was nice too. We upgraded to the plush seats and it was well worth the money! Again, the hostess had tons of information that she shared with us about the area we rode through and the railroad itself. I would definitely take this tour again when I bring my children, who are young adults, to the Grand Canyon!!
