The tour starts with tears, if you have any sense of country music history. Followed by the ability to see everything. This is where the greats get ready and perform - and I was standing right there. Amazing!

In our tour there was a lady who brought her dog with her. The dog did not have a vest or any type of identification of being a service dog. The lady did not keep ahold of her dog’s leash. She lost the dog in one of the back stage dressing rooms. The dog was laying on the couch in the dressing room. She just walked on. When we were on the stage she let go of the dog’s leash so she could take pictures and the dog kept on walking. The photographer had to say something because the dog was walking over to the stage equipment. The dog had a squeaky rubber chicken that it played with during the entire tour. This was very disrupt full to the rest of the group. Someone should have checked the dog’s certification card before letting her in. I stopped in the ticket office and the guy “acting” manager completely disregarded my concerns.

The preshow alone was so nostalgic but being able to step on the stage for a picture was the ultimate experience.

Our tour guide was very fun and informative. I believe his name was Bob. He was awesome!!! My two complaints would be, the amount of people they had on the tour. Once they split us up into two groups, it was better but then we would hear the other tour guide on his microphone. I would say that the tour would be the best, if there were less people accepted on the tour and/or they spaced the tours out about ten minutes.
