5.00Awesome experience! My parents and I were visiting from New York, and we did the personalized tour and Eddie came to our hotel lobby in Luzern to start the journey. He was so fantastic! So attentive, and thoughtful and kind with my parents and even helped us get seats on the train and paid attention to their needs. The views were exceptional--- truly a once in a lifetime experience! and would recommend as a must-do!! Just be prepared during summer months for the trains to be full of people and some don't have AC so can be very hot at times-- but this should not take away from the incredible experience and day. We will never forget it and Eddie was awesome!!! So worth the personalized experience.
