After you cross the border into Slovakia you will head to Bratislava, Slovakia’s capital and biggest city, perched on the banks of the Danube River and have a stop at the famous Bratislava castle. After taking in the views from the hilltop castle, stroll around the cobbled lanes of the Old Town, where the pastel-painted houses and pretty medieval squares offer plenty of photo opportunities. Stop to take a peek inside St. Martins Cathedral, renowned for its exquisite stained glass windows; marvel at the modern National Theatre; and pose for photos with the ‘Cumil’ statue, then climb St. Michal’s Tower for another great view over the Old Town.
