5.00We had a very nice walk throughout two main parts within the slum: the part in which they work and the part in which they live. Everything was carefully explained and the guide was super open to questions. It was really interesting and striking, it has impressed me a lot.

5.00The Dharabislam tour was one of the most memorable experiences of my stay in Mumbai. In particular, I was impressed by the hospitality and knowledge of Abhi, who was a local guide. Abhi taught me not only the superficial aspects of living and working in the slums, but also the strength and complexity of the community. This tour has changed the stereotypes about slums a lot. I would recommend this tour to anyone travelling in Mumbai! ※Sneakers and underexposed clothes are a must when visiting.

5.00Awesome experience with our best guide Alkama, who brought us to Dharavi slum, making us appreciating the hard work and life of its inhabitants. He has been eager to answer all our questions, and enriched us with many information about life and work in such a complex place like Dharavi slum. We were a group of three friends. I strongly suggest the visit, also to those who feel this activity a bit odd as it helps developing those areas and give us the possibility to touch with hands the real side of things.

5.00We had the BEST time on this tour into the labyrinth of Dharavi. Our tour guide, Rakesh, is a Dharavi local and he was great! He helped immerse us in the spirit of Dharavi. It was amazing to see how proud he was of the place that has such a community spirit. This tour is a must-do for anyone visiting Mumbai. If you're lucky enough, you'll have Rakesh as your guide too!!

5.00I booked a tour directly with Mumbai Dream Tours for a walking tour of Dharavi. Our tour guide Rajesh was very personable and great at articulating the history and facts about Dharavi. He joked around with us and made us feel comfortable in asking questions. The walking tour was for about 2 hours and we got to see the commercial and residential sides Dharavi. I would definitely recommend the tour as well as the tour guide!

Lovely to hear so many unique facts about Dharavi and seeing people go about their daily lives. A beautiful and memorable chat with bubbly kids full of personality and questions.
