Enrique & Kimberly were great tour guides. Very informative and accommodating. The Myan ruins were interesting and Enrique provided a lot of historical information. Swimming in the Cenoé was amazing and Enrique took us through the whole thing. Swimming with the turtles was a lot of fun. Kimberly was an awesome photographer and captured great shots throughout the whole trip

My family and I had an amazing day of experiences with our guide Enrique and his daughter Kimberly. Enrique was cool! He explained everything in perfect detail, from what we should have in our bags to the ancient history of the Mayan people; he covered a lot of ground :) His knowledge was fantastic and I really liked that he made clear distinctions between what were known facts and what were the current best hypothesis about the ruins we toured. It was a mixed group of Spanish and English speakers and he handled this really well, doing the tour in 'chunks' so we could do our own exploring between his chats, rather than us having to sit through explanations in a language we didn't understand. The diving at the cenote was one of the best things I've done in my life; amazingly beautiful. His daughter took great photos of us all and was absolutely lovely to my 4 year old daughter, helping her swim through the caves; she felt she had made a new friend, which was really special. Again, Enrique's knowledge was fantastic and I was impressed by how he dealt with the native Mayan lady who prepared our lunch; super kind and respectful. My family loved swimming with the turtles and it was a great end to a day we'll never forget. Love to Enrique and his family for putting the icing on the cake, of what was a brilliantly memorable trip to Mexico. Very good value and a great time had by all; many sincere thanks.

We did the akumal cenote and cave tour. Enrique a freak explained very well everything super friendly and an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge. Kimberly took some beautiful pictures of us throughout the tour and also very friendly. I don't remember the name of the girl who drove the van but also very friendly and cordial at all times. The 3 made the tour an unforgettable experience. Thanks 🫶!

We were on a mixed group this last Monday. What an experience! Amy was the BEST! Her knowledge of history and of the caverns was top notch. She was professional with being clear on protocols, necessary information and safety. She was also funny in bringing the necessary info. We were a challenging group as 3/10 were susceptible to motion sickness and 2 did get sick. Amy was caring and patient while still giving the group a great experience. Steven was the driver extraordinaire and without his deft had at the wheel and in traffic more would’ve been sick and unable to enjoy the experience. What a team!

The Tulum-Cenote experience was awesome. Highly recommend! Our tour guide, Amalia, was outstanding - very knowledgeable & engaging. Smoothly did the whole thing in English & Spanish. Tulum is a whole Mayan city - not just one ruin. We learned a lot. And the cenotes were incredible. First we explored a “dry cave” old cenote to get the idea. Then we went to a young cenote and swam! The water was crystal clear & about 10 ft deep but with lifejackets we mostly floated. It wasn’t just a pool in a cave. We went in so deep we could only see by flashlight. Truly an incredible day! (And you could add swimming with the turtles too for a longer day, which half our group did.) This was definitely our best day in Playa!

This tour felt like stepping into a 1990s Friday film, minus the couch and plus some absolutely unreal scenery. It all kicked off with an on time pick up, which already put us in a good mood. No stress, no drama, just smooth from the jump. Enrique rolled in with that super friendly energy, instantly making everyone feel like part of the crew. Five minutes in and he already knew our names, like we had been neighbours for years. Enrique is one of those people who knows everything but never makes it boring. Incredible knowledge, real passion for sharing it, and a genuine care for everyone on the trip. He was funny without trying too hard, dropping little comments that had everyone laughing while still making sure we were learning and enjoying every moment. The pacing was spot on. We made the most of the time without being rushed, but nothing dragged either. That balance is rare, and Enrique nailed it. You could tell he truly wanted everyone to have a great day, not just tick boxes and move on. Then came the visuals. The caves were straight up stunning. The swim was incredible, one of those moments where you just stop and think how is this even real. The turtles were beautiful, just cruising around like they owned the place. Even the food was on point, the kind of meal that quietly steals the scene at the end. Big shout out to Steven as well. Smooth, careful driving the whole way and somehow managing to be a great photographer at the same time. Real professional, real calm, real solid. All in all, Enrique was the star of the show. Hope his knees are feeling better soon, because the man is out here putting in work. Thank you so much for an unforgettable day. If this was a Friday film, this is the part where the credits roll and everyone agrees it was a classic. Natalie & Roach

We've had an unforgettable day. Full tour, with visit to Tulum knowing part of its history through Chano. Then we enter the jungle to reach the space of Cenote Caracol, where the smell of food has been etched missing it. On the way to cenote Dayser has made posing for him fun leaving us with a few memories for a lifetime. Closing out the excursion at sea watching the turtles feed, it's been a great adventure. Thank you very much Chano and all your team.
