Having not rode for a decade, one of our party was a bit apprehensive about doing a bike tour of Carthage. Rania from the company was quick to reply to emails and accomodating, suggesting we could practice on the bikes prior to the tour commencing with the option of changing it to a walking tour if needed. In the end we ended up doing the bike tour and our guide Jibrane was very knowledgeable and helpful, encouraging us to ask questions. We went at our own pace and never felt rushed, even when we struggled up the hill to the cathedral towards the end. It's a bit pricy but you are paying for well maintained bikes, good service and a knowledgeable guide. Recommend.

Great bike tour of ancient Carthage! The electric bikes are great for the hilly neighborhood. They're helpful in getting you set up with a good bike and a great guide. You'll cover sites from Public, Roman, and French rule. Take this tour if you like history, archaeology, biking, or good views!

The tour was well organized, very informative and really fun with the guide, who tells you a lot about culture and history. I think the idea of connecting the different stops by bike is great! You get to see a lot more of the neighbourhoods than if you were on a boring bus, and it would be almost impossible to do on foot. It's also all flat and easy - until he asks you about his beloved mountain at the end :p Then you clearely know you should have taken an e-bike! But go for it either way, the view is worth it!
