Aki was a great English speaking guide. She was very helpful in maximizing the time we had in the museum. It was interesting to see that history of Toyota and how it evolved from the textile to the automobile industry.

The tour of the Toyota Commemorative Museum Industry and Technology and the Noritake Garden and Museum were very informative and interesting. Our guide, Hiro, had a lot of knowledge regarding the two companies and of the Nagoya area. We highly recommend this tour and our guide, Hiro!

The tour was excellent. We speak only English so it was very helpful to have a guide that could talk to people in Japanese and translate. My son and I learned a lot and loved the experience.

Highly recommend! The Toyota Museum is fascinating with much history and many interactive and live demonstrations/explanations including a robot playing a violin! So, children also will find much to enjoy. The Noritake Garden is so beautiful and peaceful. The Museum is interesting showing the process of making the china and stoneware. Countless, beautiful pieces on display! You can watch people hand painting many pieces. Our guide, Maki, was excellent, very accommodating and necessary for us as English speakers.

I have owned Lexus autos for more than 20 years so the Toyota Museum was especially meaningful. On my first trip to Japan in 1967 I bought a set of Noritake China, so loved seeing that fascinating museum. Hiro was great guide, and showed us all the important sites in these two museums.

Enjoyed the tour very much. We met and started the tour on the dot. Went to Toyota Commemorative Museum first, and spent two hours and enjoyed immensely learning the history and the evolution of the Toyota company. Ended the tour at the Noritake Museum. Just around lunch time. Our tour guide Ms.Yayoi Niwa is amazing. I highly recommend her.
