Hiking at Hacienda Ébano, a Costa Rican Natural Reserve and Ranch. The customer will experience a 1km / 0.6-mile short hike or a 2.5km / 1.6 miles medium hike through the rainforest, 2 gorgeous waterfalls with natural pools, where is possible to swim, also stunning mountain views.
In the trip, the client will have the opportunity to see wildlife, such as birds, frogs, and monkeys, also many types of plants, flowers, and trees. The transportation is in a comfortable and safe 4x4 Safari style Truck.

What To Expect
SAFARI STYLE TRANSPORTATION: This tour includes the transportation from the reception to the Hacienda Ébano Nature Reserve, the road is full of nature, we will drive slowly, apreciating the lanscape with big trees and clean rivers.

5.00This was a very enjoyable hike through the jungle to a couple of beautiful waterfalls. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was pleasant and entertaining, pointing out bits of natural beauty along the hike. I am a reasonably healthy 73-year-old, and the hike was easy (I did it in heavy flip flops). We saw two monkey species, several exotic birds, and a poisonous frog (sadly no Sloths). This is definitely a must-do if you are in the Uvita or Dominical area.

5.00Tour was incredible! Juan Carlos was a great knowledgeable guide and we spotted many birds and a poison dart frog! He was also very patient with our young children. The private access to the falls was such a beautiful unique experience.

5.00In the category “lush jungle hiking, river waterfalls swimming,” this tour can’t be beat! Cesar, Our guide was informative, friendly, helpful, watchful of all participants and sang, too! They opened coconuts and gave us all coco water, then watermelon to finish!

The trails are well marked, with safety ropes, accessible for all types of walkers, allowing you to walk calmly while appreciating the great natural beauty of Hacienda Ebano. Recommended for those who like to enjoy swimming in natural pools and waterfalls, listening to the songs of birds and frogs.
