5.00Sam, our tour bus driver was AWESOME!! Very knowledgeable, really personable, great driver!! Took us all over and we learned a LOT. Made great recommendations for places to eat. Highly recommended. The land por was awesome. The river boat was really cool. We thought there would be a little more to it. But at least we can say we went on a paddle wheel boat. We will come to Memphis again!!

5.00They picked us up at Bass Pro Pyramid did a 5 hr city tour our driver was very informative. We chose boat tour as we were at Graceland last yr a choice of Graceland or riverboat tour which was 2 hrs a very full day from 9am to 4 pm on boat. Tour he dropped us off on Beale St for 1 1/2 ,br tto eat lunch and shop then on to boat took rest to Graceland. A big plus they let us off for half hr to see Peabody ducks. A must do experiment. We have been to Memphis many times and never seen what we seen on tour

5.00The tour was excellent. The driver Michelle was great, sometimes I had a hard time hearing her but it might have been the microphone on the bus getting fuzzy. We really enjoyed it all around the city, and the time allowed to get something for lunch on Beale street. The Riverboat tour was phenomenal, and educational and enjoyable. The narrator was also very friendly and easy to understand. It too was an enjoyable, educational, and a great experience.

1.00Our ticket for this tour stated pick-up point as 175 Peabody Place which is the main entrance of the Hampton Inn at Beale. The day before the tour, I called to re-confirm and was told to be at the Peabody Place hotel entrance at 8:50 a.m. we arrived there at 8:40. By 9:10 with no pick-up, I asked the hotel to call. They said the delay was due to the rain and the driver had to go into hotel lobbies to collect people. So we waited in the lobby. At 9:30 a.m. the hotel receptionist told us the driver had called to say he was waiting for us on BB King Blvd., w hich is the back entrance of the hotel. The receptionist took us there and just as w e reached the door, the bus took off. The hotel called to see if they were coming back and they said no. I then called the company to request a refund and they said no as we weren’t in the correct pick-up point! There had never been any mention of B B King Blvd. either on the ticket from Viator nor in th e phone conversation re-confirming. I also emaile d the company requesting a refund and they didn’t respond.
