The owners are real enthusiasts! Their gins are delicious and there are even workshops where you learn to create your own recipe and leave with this bottle of gin distilled on site.

We went on an explanatory tour of the distillery as well as tasting the products. We came out with both honey liqueurs. It is a beautiful small eco-friendly urban beekeeping company! It was SUPER interesting, informative and funny at the same time. We loved it and would recommend this activity to everyone!! It's a great outing. Everyone there is smiling and friendly.

This was a delight. The outside is unassuming, and the inside is basic, but the tour and tasting were eye-opening. We learned about the company's bee-keeping operation and how far earning that is. We were shown the brewer and distillery with a clear description of the steps they take to make each of their products. Then came the tasting. We were given a choice of two of their various offerings. We started with a sample of the sparkling mead, and then we had our individual selections. I was surprised and pleased with my choices. I had wondered about the sweetness, but though made from honey, the flavors were complex and dry. I recommend visiting the facility and taking the tour for the facts, the tasting, and the great staff.
