This IS the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had traveling or with any tour agency. We were supposed to go to a coffee plantation, explore the museums, get a 45 minute horseback ride around the coffee plantation and try some of the coffee that is roasted there and we didn’t to experience any of it! When we got there the guide said the museums weren’t included, when we wanted to go horseback riding the guy at the front desk said that there had been no reservation made for us and even if there had been a reservation made there is a 180 pound weight limit for horseback riding and my boyfriend is 210 pounds but this is something that the agency failed to mention us. Therefore, since we didn’t have anything to do at the plantation we asked if we could head back. When we were heading back the guides ATV would not start so we had to wait 30 min for someone to come help us. When we got back to the agency we asked them if we could get a partial refund and they said no. They said that because we had gotten a private tour guide that they didnt owe us anything. The lady began asking us to leave but we didn’t want to leave without a solution so she threatened to lock us up in their agency office. At that point she called her boss and confirmed with her that it was in fact okay to lock us up in the office if we refused to leave. She started closing up doors and locking us up. We were upset and asked if we could cancel our tour for the following day as well since we had already paid it in full and they refused as well. It was really such a terrible experience not only the service but the way they chose to treat us. They even called the local police and even the police asked them to try to settle the situation in an amicable manner and they continued to refuse.

Highly recommend the ATV tour. A wonderful way to see the countryside. Joan was very knowledgeable and provided great historical facts during the tour.
