Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts, as latecomers won't be able to join the group or receive a refund.
4-hour option: Skip-the-line tickets to Westminster Abbey give you access to a priority entrance for groups. Entry during special events is restricted. It is a place of worship so all visitors, including infants, should keep noise to a minimum. Access for prams is limited.
3-hour option: Free entry to the Abbey for an organ recital (usually Sundays only), an evensong or a regular mass - subject to Abbey's events schedule . You will visit the Abbey on your own without the guide.
Tickets to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Palace and other attractions are not included in this tour.
There is no luggage storage. Pets are not allowed.
This is a moderately-paced walking tour. Wear comfortable shoes.
Not suitable for people with disabilities.
Maximum 20 participants.
The tour will be conducted in only 1 language, as selected when booking.

The tour will start there and end at Westminster Abbey, allowing you to discover all of the highlights and hidden gems of Westminster City before entering the Abbey for a free organ recital, evensong or regular mass (subject to Abbey's schedule).

3.00This tour was rescheduled by this company. That was fine but the when we met, the tour guide had a sign for Rosotravel. We did not see that that was a Viator tour. A sign indicating that this was the Viator would have helped (there were other groups gathering at the same place) Then found out we couldn’t get into Westminster Abbey until an hour after the tour started. (There was a special occasion the night before which is probably why our original time was rescheduled so they should have known about the delay and communicated this) The guide was good and knowledgeable, but the group was too large and people struggled to hear. WA was jammed, worse than usual so not sure what all we were seeing. It was very cold and not much time to sit, most people looked like they could have used a bit of a break to sit and listen. We left early because it just wasn’t meeting our expectations. I have found this to be true more and more with these tour companies (GYG and Viator, I’ve used them for many years, but won’t anymore. Too expensive for what you get) I would suggest getting the audio set and going it alone or a smaller, better organized tour company. I know they delayed another group too (for 75 minutes, with littke notice after the tour was to begin) because of delayed openings at Westminster Those group members were also upset and disappointed.

5.00In London you absolutely must have seen Westminster Abbey the Big Ben is simply impressive and the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace looks great the guide was funny and professional the tour was relaxed and really fun perfect for taking photos

3.00I was shocked to learn this was a walking tour when we met the guide, Sally. Sally was wonderful! Very kind very knowledgeable! However a 3 hour walking tour was not ideal. Had the description said that I probably would not have done this tour and instead did the bus hop on an off tour. I learned more about the Piccadilly area then anything. My daughter and I ended up breaking away from the group after seeing Buckingham Palace and going right to Westminster Abbey. Unfortunately I was unhappy with this tour and felt that the description was false.
