What To Expect

The tour consists of a guided tour of the Pizzo garden, a historic estate of the 1800s. The exclusive lemon grove, site in Sant’Agnello, will give customers an experience between history and tradition, surrounded by a scenery, suspended between land and sea. The walk, among the different varieties of centuries-old lemon trees (Oval of Sorrento, Sfusato of Amalfi and cedar) will be accompanied by an explanation of the traditional cultivation technique of our typical lemon, and will end with a tasting on the terrace overlooking the sea, which includes bread and jam of oranges and lemons of our production, fresh lemonade and homemade limoncello. At the end of the tour, customers will be given the “Old recipe of Grandma’s limoncello”.

This was one of the best trips we did as it was so nice to learn about the culture and tradition from Alexia. She was wonderful and very informative of the family dynasty and the lemon groves. The location as well was so beautiful and ideal.

On our last day in Sorrento we were lucky enough to take a tour of this lovely family owned lemon farm and villa. Our guide, was so kind and gave us the history and background of the farm and explained their process of growing lemons. She has only been working there a few weeks and I would never had known. The Villa is amazing as well, the kitchen reminded me of my Nona's. Our tour included a tasting of delicious foods for lunch. It was the best lunch I had in Italy. So fresh! The woman that runs the tour was very gracious. It made our last day in Italy special. Do not miss Vivaio Ruoppo if you have the chance. You will not be sorry. Rose

Myself and my partner had the absolute best morning here, it was definitely a pinch me moment. Our guide was absolutely amazing and her english was really good. We will never forget out time here. They set out a lovely table for us in the most beautiful private garden over looking the sea for us to try there products. There shop in Sorrento is definitely worth going too also. Thank you Sorrento Lemon Farm for making our holiday so special. Ash and Becky x

We had a wonderful lemon farm tour with Pia. She walked us through a beautiful lemon grove, explained the history and growing process of the lemons and oranges, answered our many questions. The tour ended with a beautiful over look of the ocean and she prepared a delightful bit of refreshment in the shade of the lemon trees. She was so nice and we really enjoyed it.

Great tour! Our tour guide was excellent. Very informative and knowledgeable. We had a great time. The tour was just my husband and I so it ended up being a private tour. We had snacks and tasted the lemon grove’s own lemonade and limoncello! 🍋🍋

Our guide Pia who was really nice was really good at explaining about the place, the lemon in Sorrento's history, we saw them famous Villa from Susanne Bier's film “The Shale Hairdresser” as well as a fantastic view as well as a little tasting of Limocello and 2 kinds of jam. We also saw the production.
