Trengereid

We've now been on the road for just over half an hour, time for a short break. We stop at the viewpoint in Trengereid, from where we have a fantastic view of the East Fjord and the island of Osterøy. There is also a small bakery and public toilets here. We stay here for 15 min, driving time to the next stop is about 15 min

Getting out into the countryside was an amazing experience. Such beauty in Norway. Getting to experience waterfalls, nature, ferries, Hardangerfjord, scenic roads and seeing the orchards was wonderful. Our driver/guide Thomas was unbelievable. From the moment we started our trip, he had so much information for us. We not only learned about the area we drove through, but also so much information on Norway’s people, history and so much more! Very impressive.

Excellent guide (Thomas), who provided a wealth of information about Norway, both historical and current. Beautiful scenery although weather wasn’t great for part of tour. Lovely to see natural beauty outside of the city.

I would highly recommend this tour. We were able to cover a lot of places/scenic spots and the views are stunning. Although it did rain a bit, potential changes to the route due to weather conditions were well communicated with us in advance and throughout the trip. Lastly, Thomas is amazing! He made the trip very enjoyable with his friendliness and happy personality and by sharing interesting Norwegian facts and his own personal experiences in the country. He even bought local cherries to share with the group, which were delicious. Thank you Thomas - we really enjoyed the day spent with you!

This was a perfect excursion to see the nice region of Bergen with its fjords. Geir was a very friendly tour guide, very informative, also sometimes funny. And a very safe driver. Everybody felt really well in his tour bus. When talking to other guests they thought the same. Everybody could tell some bad experiences somewhere else, but not here with Geir. 100% recommended and value for. The money. Other similar tours are more expensive. Enough break times, possibilities for toilette always available, nice timing. (on a different excursion next day the bus had to stop on the side for one woman after 2,5 hours NO toilette). Perfectly organized. It started already with a friendly Message days before where the meeting point is described exactly and so on. A good feeling already before knowing the company. The car is also in a very good mood. Good timing with the time for lunch. Thanks for a wonderful day in Bergen.
