5.00This is a great tour to take if you want to learn more about Düsseldorf. Ricky Martin was such a great tour guide! He led us all throughout the Altstadt, and I learned so much about Düsseldorf. He was fun and enthusiastic, and you really get a feel for how much great history is in this city. This tour is great for solo travelers and pretty much everyone. I highly recommend!

1.00We arranged our schedules around this tour and no guide came. A visit to the tourism office revealed that this is apparently a common occurrence. Viator refunded our fees, but we would much rather have had the tour or been given notice in time to look for an alternative. Our reservations should never have been accepted.

1.00The operator would not return our messages. We were literally 7 minutes late. (Germann trains) We called the tour operator with no answer. We messaged the operator through the Viatour app of the tour asking to tell up where the group was so we can meet them. No return message. Worst customer service ever! We even contacted Viatour and they were not able to get ahold of the operator! Very Bad tour operator communication channel. We felt completely ignored and were not able to attend tour. Bad day in brugge.....do not recommend. No way to contact the tour operator, even in an emergency!
