I wasn't sure what to expect from a 'food and wine' tour, but Rosa managed to weave in so much history about the Duomo and the Medici family while we walked. It felt like a masterclass in Florentine culture with the bonus of amazing snacks. It's a great way to orient yourself to the city on your first day.

Rosa and her apprentice, Anthony, did a great job of leading us through an amazing quantity and variety of Florence food adventures. Lots of wonderful goodies, while gaining some historical insight to the city at the same time. Thank you to both!!

I recently joined a food tour in Florence, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the very beginning, our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about both the city and its culinary traditions. We explored hidden corners of Florence that I would have never discovered on my own, stopping at a variety of local spots to taste authentic Tuscan specialties. Every stop felt carefully selected, from delicious cured meats and cheeses to fresh pasta, traditional street food, and incredible gelato. What made the experience truly special was the storytelling. It wasn’t just about the food—it was about the history, the culture, and the people behind each dish. I learned so much while enjoying every bite. The pace of the tour was perfect, and the group size allowed for a personal and relaxed atmosphere. I left not only full, but with a much deeper appreciation for Florentine cuisine. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a must-do for food lovers and a wonderful way to experience the city from a local perspective.

My wife and I did the Guided walking tour with Rosa this week ( April 2026) in Florence Italy and loved it!!! Rosa was an Excellent guide who showed us around the city and showed us the historic sites and gave us great recommendations of some restaurants and other activities that we wonted to do later on our visit. She took us to several amazing places to try food and wine, and explained to us what we were eating and drinking( vino is so amazing….as is the Gelato). It was a great way to start out our Florence vacation and to get a feel for the city!!

Such a pleasant way to get to know this beautiful place. Our guide, Rosa, was fantastic. She gave us a wonderful tour of Florence with history and food, covering the most important sites and how Florence has evolved into a city worth its' place in history. The food and wine of this region are life to those who appreciate slow food. Highly recommend this tour for those who appreciate distinct flavours and authentic traditions. GRAZIE MILLE Rosa.
