5.00Great drivers, good customer service done via WhatsApp. I initially booked an airport transfer, and really enjoyed it so booked another transfer with them. Both drivers friendly and helpful with bags. Cars were lovely and very clean. I highly recommend. Just book one trip with them, and then communicate on WhatsApp, it's easier at the airport.

5.00This is our third time visiting Vietnam and for the last two visits, we have used Hoang Car Service and Tourism to get around the country. The service is excellent and competitively priced. From picking us up at our hotel in Hanoi to dropping us off at hotels in Danang and Hoi An via the airport, we have been kept up to date with the cost of the cars, when they will arrive the name and car registration that will pick us up. This is a great comfort especially if you are not familiar with Vietnam. If you want to guarantee getting somewhere safely and on time, then i would chose this company. They are the most reliable and friendly people we have used.

5.00I have already used it many times for travel and temporary airport transfers. I was also very helpful when I was sightseeing and traveling. They are always accurate on the pick-up and drop-off times and the drivers are very polite. I can recommend it.
