Iris, despite the rain, (and she was very helpful with that as well) gave us an entertaining and thorough visit of this historic city, complete with book recommendations, maps and photos to see, and lots of stories

The guide was not good, he spoke quietly, his English left a little to be desired and basically had a rennet that could not with him. It's the first time I haven't finished a tour.

We were a group of 13 people (from a variety of countries) and Max did our guided tour. He is a very friendly person and engages with everyone when walking around. Max had the right balance of interesting information and humour. It was a cold, grey and windy day, but the time flew by really quickly. It was clear to see that everyone was enjoying themselves.
