5.00Perfect trip, I traveled from Hanoi airport to Halong bay. Driver was waiting for me at the place discussed earlier. Car was new and clean, driver was very polite, water was provided. The roads are also good, no vibrations. Cannot recommend enough!

5.00We had booked a long transfer, from Sapa to Halong bay cruise terminal in a VIP van on a special day: 01/01/2024 , pick-up at 4:00am, arrival at 11:00am. We received all information in advance (driver, vehicle, mobile number). The trip went perfect, all on time, our driver, Mr Minh, was very professionnal, helpful and friendly! Big thanks! 5 stars!
