Visit Phùng Hưng Market in China Town for Savoury Sticky rice that been selling only sticky rice for 45 years (Xôi mặn) 3. Original coffee made by a very unknown method using a cloth-strainer. Specifically, this coffee shop was opened 70 years ago. Quality made this coffee unique and famous more than ever. Besides, they also have other options such as original milk tea or egg milk tea. 4. Steamed sheat rice rolls with wood ear mushroom, salty radish and minced pork (Bánh Cuốn Nóng) 5. Stretchy noodle garlic base soup (Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang) 6. Vermicelli vegetable mix & BBQ ground pork 7. Experiencing the city by motorbike made it even more special — it’s such an authentic way to see the city, and we felt completely safe the entire time. The food stops were fantastic — truly local breakfast spots we never would have found on our own — and our guides shared great insight into daily life, culture, and the neighborhoods we passed through. Both guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and really proud of their food and culture. Beyond the tour itself, Happy and Mimi truly went above and beyond! They helped us book an overnight Ha Long Bay cruise, offering honest recommendations and handling all the details seamlessly. It made our trip so much easier, and the cruise was absolutely unforgettable. 5.00We had Saigon Legacy tour with this company. It was supposed to be a breakfast tour, but as we already had a heavy breakfast at the hotel, they promptly changed it to a lunch at the end of the tour. Our tour guide Kyle was excellent and was full of information about all the sites we visited. And he took us to the innermost parts is Saigon we would not have seen otherwise. We even visited a local family who were quite happy to welcome us. A superb experience indeed.

5.00I really enjoyed my time with Happy on the 4 hr breakfast tour of Saigon. This was my first experience taking a tour in Vietnam even though I’m of Vietnamese descent from North America but I’m glad I choose Saigon Happy Tour. His service was exceptional and very down to earth as he took me to local spots that felt like a close friend showing me around the city after not being back for awhile. I’ve been to Vietnam a few times before but this was a great experience and one I hope to do every time I visit back to Vietnam. Highly recommend Happy and his team.
A must for anyone staying in Ho Chi Minh, you will love it.

5.00Great experience. Happy is the best tour guide we have ever had. He’s so knowledgeable and the places he chose were excellent. We did the tour with a 6 and 12 year old plus 4 adults. The young people that took us were excellent- I was so impressed with these young people. I would highly recommend the tours. You will not be disappointed.

5.00Best local tour I have done. Went to places I couldn’t never find, ate and drank things not on any restaurant menu, did not see another tourist, and my guide was exceptional company. Scooters are the best way to get around, and we got into places you could not get near in a car. A great value experience, would do it again. I ate everything put in front of me, and my soft western digestive system did not miss a beat - their choices of stalls was first class. My recommendation is don’t eat or drink anything beforehand and don’t make plans for lunch - you wont come home hungry.

5.00I had a half day breakfast tour with the gorgeous Mia! My first time in Vietnam, my first time in Ho Chi Minh, my first time travelling solo, my first time on the back of a moped and my first time eating yummy genuine Vietnamese food. Lots of first and it was an amazing 4 hours. I felt safe, Mia was amazing answering all my questions, it was the best start to my holiday and I was definitely full after all the food. I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone!

Of course, you will try some of the best food you may ever eat in your life, but you will also be immersed in the smells, sounds and sights of Saigon. 5.00I have been on a few food tours both in Vietnam and elsewhere in the world (Morroco, India and South Africa) and thought I was pretty clear on the format. This was something different. Happy is one of the funniest, most knowledgeable and kindest guides I have ever met. He is passionate about food and has clearly done a lot of research and work to make this tour what it is today - I'm a foodie and was bowled over by his knowledge. His expertise of Saigon street food and flexibility to adapt the tour to my tastes meant that the morning spent with him was one of my best experiences of Vietnam. I've already been here a month traveling north to south so I do not say that lightly! In addition, I had left a bag with some valuables in dalat. He personally co-ordinated a courier to get my items sent to Saigon and went with me the following morning to pick them up. He deserves far more than the 5 stars on offer here! Would thoroughly recommend - more than anything else in Vietnam this was worth every penny.
