For bookings of 1 person, you may be in a group of a maximum of 4 people. All bookings of 2 or more will have their own private guide.
DISCLAIMER: Online tickets typically sell out months in advance but the Cultural Office in Aguas Calientes reserves 1000 tickets per day for in-person purchase. If online tickets are sold out, you will need to arrive very early in the morning the day BEFORE your tour to present your passport to reserve your ticket IN-PERSON. It is possible the ministry of culture will require arriving 2 days in advanced depending on how busy it is. Our team is in Aguas Calientes monitoring the situation and we will advise you on when you should arrive. We will keep you informed on your booking in case you need to change any hotel or train tickets. Your guide will meet you in Aguas Calientes and help you with this process.

5.00Percy is the MAN. We’ve traveled to many different countries and done a lot of tours, and this was by far the best one. The price might sound steep, but they do buy the Machu Picchu tickets for you (and if you're doing last-minute Aguas Calientes tickets, they’ll refund you), and the actual tour is so good. Percy really works with your schedule to make sure you have the best experience possible. He takes awesome pictures, and his education portion of Machu Picchu was detailed but still super interesting. Another note about tickets: we weren’t able to reserve online (they were sold out), so they walked us through the whole process and even showed us where the ticket office was to make sure we got the best tickets possible. They can’t actually buy them for you in person, but they make it as easy as possible to understand the process. If you’re doing a once-in-a-lifetime trip to one of the seven wonders of the world, it makes sense to spend a little extra $$ to have a great private tour. Again shoutout to Percy from your friends from Hawai'i!

5.00The tour was really great! Percy was knowledgeable, funny and very helpful! Percy and his team took us by the hand and helped us to get tickets because our previous tour operator cancelled on us last moment and we risked not going to Machu Picchu.

5.00Amazing experience! I would do it again and again. Percy, our tour guide was excellent. He first, helped us get next day entrance tickets to Machu Picchu. He did his best to make sure we get in circuit 2, even though we did not have pre-booked tickets and he assured us we would manage! He then explained clearly all the logistics to the side and helped us prepare for the day! The tour was perfect! He is very knowledgeable and fun! He has real passion for this job, and he loves Peru will all it's history! We lastly had an amazing dinner and even helped us to return back to Cusco! I will never forget this day! Recommend 100% !
