This tour would have been much better without the chocolate and the copper stop. We would have liked to stay longer at the falls to be able to take the cable car to the top. The basilica was beautiful.

There were 4 stops, I would recommend skipping the copper place at least. Try to have more time at falls to include tram to top if possible.

We thought this trip was to the falls and Ste Anne de Beaupre , but it also included a copper factory and an ice cream/chocolate factory that were not terribly interesting. We had no time to do anything but use the restroom at the chocolate store. It was crowded. The falls were a disappointment as well. The funicular was closed so we could only see the falls from ground level, and we got there so late the building closed. We felt like it was a total waste, and not up to viator standards.

The tour bus was very nice. The tour felt rushed and I am unsure why the stops were selected. The drive and tour on Orleans Island was nice, but the stop at the chocolate shop was unnecessary. It was clearly a money grab stop. The stop at the copper shop was similarly confusing, mildly interesting but not necessary for an entire bus -- several of them -- to stop there. As a result of the two shopping stops the stop at the falls and the church were extremely rushed. The falls are beautiful -- and people should have the time to walk to the base of the falls. The church was overwhelmingly impressive and great to see...but again, you were running almost to keep up. In addition the bus was 30 minutes late to pick up our group. The first bus that showed up was a double decker bus, that could not hold all of the people waiting in line to get on. Thirty minutes later another bus showed up...but we were now already running late and had to wait out in the weather for the next bus. This was all done with very little and unclear communication from the tour operator.

We had a reservation for two, showed up for the bus on time, and we were told it was FULL! What??? Spoke to the Viator rep and the response was "sorry". How is that even possible when I even spoke to them beforehand to confirm?
