  We had an amazing tour with Carlos. His knowledge of the area was impressive and his fun personality made for a great time. He showed us so many hidden gems and unexpected places. We loved every minute. Would recommend. In fact my parents are going in the spring and am recommending them to book a tour with Carlos!

  When you wait years to make a trip to Austria, you hold your breathe til it becomes a reality…. This experience did NOT disappoint. Guide, Michael, asked what we needed & had additional plans! A family of teens and adults brought challenges, but he was ready for it! The landscape itself is beautiful enough. But the information & fun tips were an added bonus. I can’t rate any higher.   Our family had the most amazing experience with our tour guide Carlos, and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. From start to finish, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that our tour was informative, enjoyable, and memorable. First and foremost, Carlos demonstrated an incredible depth of knowledge about all of the destinations we visited. He was extremely well-prepared and delivered fascinating insights about the history, culture, and significance of each location we visited, and there were many! His storytelling skills were exceptional, making every stop along the tour come alive with vivid details and captivating anecdotes. What truly set Carlos apart was his enthusiasm and passion for his work. It was evident that he genuinely loved what he did and took great pride in sharing his expertise with us. His enthusiasm was infectious, and it made the entire experience even more engaging and enjoyable. It was clear that he had a deep appreciation for the places we visited, which made us feel a deeper connection and appreciation as well. Throughout the tour, Carlos displayed excellent communication skills. He was very attentive to our questions, providing clear and concise explanations. And not only are we grateful, but so is an elderly gentleman who was having lunch behind us who began to choke on his food and was saved by Carlos who quickly jumped out of his seat and started performing the heimlich maneuver on the gentleman.
